New Way to Submit Maintenance Requests

If you have a maintenance request, please submit it via our new Maintenance Request Link found at www.1900building.com, under Tenant Services, or find the link here http://www.1900building.com/tenant-services.

Please do not contact any maintenance staff directly to do so. Submitting your request using this form will be the only way we can assure you we will get to it as soon as possible. Please do not submit verbal or email requests. If you have already submitted a request in the past before we purchased the building, and it hasn't been addressed, simply resubmit by using this form.

Please understand we are prioritizing items based on urgency. A leaking roof will be addressed before a burned light bulb. We do hope to catch up as soon as possible and get this building back into great and beautiful shape.
