New Convenient Way to Reserve Conference Rooms

You may now book conference rooms 126, 206, 322, and 328 via our online booking system: https://building.bookmeetingroom.com. You may now make reservations from anywhere and at any time. No need to wait for someone to pick up the phone or return your call.

Please request a user id and password from c.jones@1900building.com to be able to reserve your time online.

To book the conference rooms, please login to the site, select the conference room needed and reserve the times desired. If you need more detailed instructions we will be happy to provide them to you.

***** As always, ALL conference room time MUST be booked. Please do not use the conference rooms without booking them. You will be asked to leave if you have not reserved the time in advance.

We will no longer take reservations over the phone or in person or distribute printed sheets with schedules. All reservations will be available for everyone to view online. All space must be booked online so that we can more efficiently track time used and we can prevent double bookings.
